Meet Lynda Furash

I provide freelance legal services to busy solo practitioners, law firms and companies.

My passion is estate administration, probate and related tax matters. Each area presents unique legal questions and family dynamics. Since these matters are often detail-intensive and time-consuming, I can be an invaluable resource for busy attorneys who don’t have time to delve into layers of complexity. I will give your matter the attention it deserves: unwinding the complicated, customizing communications to your client, and preparing meticulous legal work to present to the Probate & Family Court, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, financial institutions, or your clients.

My past experience includes working at a metro-west elder law firm, where I helped clients achieve their estate planning and funding goals while handling the firm’s estate administration and probate matters. My responsibilities included preparing gift, estate and fiduciary income tax returns and deeds along with related real estate funding documents.

With 25 years of experience in the legal profession, I have the knowledge to get the job done and the commitment to get the job done right. I bring both compassion and integrity to my work with clients. My knack for adapting to each attorney’s working style and writing style ensures smooth transitions and stress-free working relationships.
